About the Nike D&I project

The Windows & Mirrors mobile app was designed and developed by INSITE MOBILE for NIKE Inc. Department of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I).

The task was to create a fun mobile game app to upgrade the NIKE Windows & Mirrors flash card game.

Windows & Mirrors is a series of questions for sharing experiences perspectives & reflections created by the Department of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) at NIKE Inc.

INSITE MOBILE made the app interactive. When the user shakes the device, the app makes a shaking sound while it chooses from one of 144 questions aimed at helping employees to open up with their peers, as well as providing tools and information about the NIKE D&I culture.

We benefit from the advantage of diversity when we are open to other perspectives — especially those with whom we think we have little in common. These conversations often provide the flashes of inspiration that lead to new, innovative business opportunities. Seek them out... the diverse perspectives, the conversations, the intersections. Introduce them in staff meetings, in discussions, to someone else...
